Despacito is a song by Puerto Rican singer Luis Fonsi featuring the also Puerto Rican rapper Daddy Yankee. Released in January 2017, the song grew and subsequently reached No 1 on the charts of the Netherlands, Germany, Sweden and the United States, among others. Despacito became successful partly because of the official remix, which features Canadian singer Justin Bieber. The Latin-sounding arrangement for concert band, fanfare and brass band is by Frank Bernaerts.
