Bernaerts Music BV

In 1989 Frank Bernaerts started to publish and sell his compositions and arrangements. In 1992 he founded Bernaerts Music BV.

As the CEO, Founder & Owner of this music publishing company from Blankenberge (Belgium), his intention was to allow Bernaerts Music to grow into one of the leading music publishers for concert band, fanfare and brass band publications.

Bernaerts Music started the worldwide distribution of music editions and CDs via the major music distributors. To give this fast-growing business a good home, a brand-new office complex was built in 1996 in Willebroek. All music editions, from idea to finished product, were produced in one and the same company.

In 2000 Bernaerts Music, one of the first music publishers in the world, goes digital. A first webshop goes online and orders can be made directly at the website.

In 2018 the existing website is completely overhauled to an e-commerce webshop and in 2019 Bernaerts Music created the possibility to buy all sheet music and CDs both in digital or physical version. (Digital PDF or MP3 downloads are not available for shops and resellers for copyright reasons.)

Bernaerts Music BV moved into a brand new commercial building in 2021 in Blankenberge and in 2023 the webshop will be redesigned into an up-to-date e-commerce webshop with a trendy and functional layout, for both B2C and B2B customers.

The Bernaerts Music sales team makes direct sales to bands in any country around the world, provides information to the clients, answers all your questions and guarantees daily shipment of orders to wholesalers, shops and bands.

Bernaerts Music also manages its own labels and brand names, such as the Bernaerts Music Online Webshop, Bernaerts Records, Bernaerts Music iRadio and BERNAERTSscoretube.tv
